What we collect
To coordinate volunteer shifts for Entheos, a Burning Man theme camp, this app collects your name, email address, and (optionally) phone number, Facebook URL, playa address, and photo. We also record which shifts you sign up for and attend.
How we use it
Your information is used only to run the camp's volunteer schedule: sending you sign-in links, shift reminders, camp announcements, and coordinating with other volunteers via the camp directory. We do not sell or share your information with anyone outside the camp, and we do not use it for advertising.
Text messages
If you provide a phone number, you may receive SMS shift reminders and camp alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts — you'll stop receiving them immediately. Reply START to opt back in. Opting out of texts does not affect your ability to volunteer; you'll still receive email updates.
Who can see your info
Camp admins can see all volunteer info to run the schedule. Other volunteers can see your name, role, and (if you choose to add them) playa address and Facebook URL in the camp directory, so we can find each other during the event.
How long we keep it
We keep volunteer records for the current camp year for planning purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time using the contact below.
